Timloc Buff Drill Vent Cavity Ventilator and Drainage Weeps - Pack of 50

Timloc Refurbishment Vents, also known as Wall Weeps or Drill Vents, provide ventilation for external cavity walls and are suitable for retrofitting when existing wall weeps are insufficient or obstructed. Designed for timber-framed structures and externally rendered finishes, these vents feature a circular design with an equivalent area of 198 mm. They are available in natural, buff, and terracotta to blend with brick or mortar finishes. The vents have louvres that minimize wind-driven rain entry and an integral front grille that blocks larger insects. Each vent requires a 25 mm drilled hole and measures 80 mm in length, and they are sold in a box of 50 for practical installation in cavity wall applications.
