Timloc DV3 Terracotta Cavity Wall Drill Vent Box of 50

Timloc Refurbishment Vents provide ventilation for external cavity walls and are commonly called Wall Weeps or Drill Vents. They are suitable for venting timber-framed structures and external rendered finishes, and are ideal for retrofitting where existing wall weeps are insufficient or blocked. The circular design allows efficient airflow with an equivalent area of 198 mm. Available in natural, buff, and terracotta, these vents blend with brick or mortar finishes. Features include louvres that minimize wind-driven rain and an integral front grille that prevents large insects from entering. Each vent requires a 25 mm-diameter drill hole and is 80 mm long, enabling straightforward installation. They support ventilation at both high and low levels and are supplied in boxes of 50.
