JAPANESE EXPERTISE: Togouchi 15 YO is blended by the Sakurao distillery, that relies on centuries of expertise acquired in the production of traditional japanese spirits A UNIQUE & ORIGINAL AGING LOCATION: Togouchi whiskies are aged in an old railway tunnel 70km away from the distillery, where the ageing conditions are perfectly monitored. The high humidity rate and cool temperature limit the impact of the wood on the whisky, leading to a light and elegant whisky with a clear color, true caracteristic of the Togouchi whiskies. AN ICONIC BOTTLE: Togouchi whiskies are bottled to pay tribute to the Japanese craftsmanship. It is inspired by the distillery to age its Shochu.
