This 100% Garnacha rosé is hand-harvested from sun-drenched vineyards in the Catalunya DO. Crafted with gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it ages on fine lees for four months, achieving texture without oak.The wine presents a pale pink hue with salmon reflections. Its aromatic bouquet offers notes of red berries, citrus zest, and floral hints.
