Unlike conventional expansion plugs that exert outward pressure, the MRD anchor forms a secure hold within the building material without pressing against the frame profile. This intelligent design completely prevents the window or door frame from being distorted, warped, or pulled out of alignment during and after installation. The result is perfectly functioning windows and doors that open and close smoothly for years to come, eliminating costly callbacks and adjustments.Installation is streamlined and efficient thanks to the through-type mounting system. You can drill directly through the frame and into the substrate in a single, fluid operation, significantly reducing installation time and effort. The anchor´s specialized design includes anti-rotation wings that firmly grip the inside of the drill hole, preventing the anchor from spinning as the screw is driven in. This ensures a reliable and controlled tightening process every time, providing immediate and dependable load-bearing capacity.Crafted from high-quality metal, these MRD Window Anchor Bolts offer superior strength and long-term reliability. This robust construction not only provides excellent load values but also delivers enhanced fire safety compared to plastic alternatives. It is the ideal metal plug for MRD Window frames, engineered to withstand the test of time in both residential and commercial applications.
