Its innovative design provides a stress-free fixture, making it an essential component for builders, window fitters, and construction professionals who demand precision, reliability, and efficiency on the job site. This anchor guarantees that frames remain perfectly aligned and functional after installation, preventing issues caused by compression or distortion.Key Benefits:* Stress-Free Distance Mounting: The primary advantage of the TOX MRD anchor is its ability to perform distance mounting. This creates a precise, non-compressive connection between the substrate and the window frame. The anchor secures the frame firmly in place without pulling it towards the wall, thus preventing any warping, bending, or damage to the delicate frame profile. This ensures smooth operation of windows and doors for years to come.* Exceptional Versatility: Engineered for high performance across a wide range of building materials, this anchor provides a secure hold in both solid and hollow substrates. Whether you are working with concrete, solid brick, sand-lime solid brick, or perforated materials, the MRD anchor delivers consistent and dependable results, making it a versatile choice for new constructions and renovation projects alike.* Time-Saving and Efficient Installation: Designed for a streamlined through-fixing process, this anchor allows you to drill through the frame and into the wall in a single, efficient step. This significantly reduces installation time and labor costs. The anchor´s intelligent design ensures a straightforward and repeatable process, enhancing productivity on large-scale projects.* Durable and Secure Hold: The anchor´s mechanism is engineered to create a powerful and lasting expansion within the drill hole, providing maximum load-bearing capacity and safety. This ensures that window and door frames are permanently and securely fastened, resisting vibration and structural movement over time.Main Features:* Specialized Geometry for Anti-Rotation: The anchor´s body is designed with unique external fins that grip the inside of the drill hole. This feature effectively prevents the plug from spinning during the tightening of the screw, ensuring a smooth, controlled, and frustration-free installation every time.* Optimized Through-Fixing Design: The entire system is perfected for through-type installation, allowing the anchor to be set directly through the item being fastened. This not only speeds up the workflow but also ensures perfect alignment.* Internal Cone Expansion Mechanism: A specially designed internal cone is drawn into the anchor sleeve during tightening, forcing a controlled and uniform expansion. This action creates a secure interlock with the base material for superior pull-out resistance. This specialized metal plug for MRD Window frames provides the ultimate solution for professional frame installations. This package provides a total of 100 studs, ideal for large-scale projects or for stocking a professional´s inventory, all conveniently packaged for easy access at the job site.Specifications:* Type of container: Cash register* Ø plug (mm): 10* Cleat length (mm): 152* No. of studs: 100. tradeinn Bricoinn
