Usage and safety

Use for profiling and rebating applications only. Follow safety guidelines for router operation. Leave a 3 mm overlap before copying profiles. When using plastic laminate, allow laminate adhesive to dry before trimming to avoid clogging the guide bearing. Install the cutter into a compatible router with a 1/4 inch collet and ensure the guide bearing is properly mounted on the cutter. Use with a template or pattern for guided profiling or rebating. The tooling uses Tungsten Carbide with a 1/4 inch shank and a 90 degree angle.
