Trend Guided Profiler 9.5mm

The Trend guided profiler combines versatility with precise control for profiling, rebating, and template work. Designed for use with routers mounted above or below a table, it features a 9.5 mm diameter cutting head with a 12.7 mm cut, and a 1/4 inch shank for easy handling in smaller or compact routers. The cutter is tungsten carbide tipped with a 2.0 mm micro-granular tip, ground to a 1200-grit finish for an extra-fine, mirror-like result. Double bearings and bearing guides provide stability for truely accurate trimming, while safety markings and a robust shank design help ensure safe and reliable operation. It is suitable for softwood, hardwood, and man-made timber boards, and is intended for trimming, templating, and forming rebates and thinner workpieces with consistent results.
