Ubiflex B3 Lead Alternative Flashing is a non-lead, eco-friendly, non-toxic, recyclable material for applications traditionally using lead. Made from a modified polyethin compound with aluminium mesh reinforcement, it's 80% lighter than lead and 50% quicker to install, offering handling, structural, and health benefits. Ubiflex is fully malleable, works in both directions, and is self-sealing if punctured. It resists thermal movement, permitting aprons up to 12m long without seams or expansion joints, reducing wastage. BBA Certified, approved by NHBC and Zurich Insurance. Dimensions: 6m length, 400mm width, 3.5mm thickness, weighing 9.6kg. Colour: Black.
