UltraFloor Prime IT Multi Surface Primer

UltraFloor Prime IT Multi-Surface Primer is a moisture-tolerant, water-based acrylic primer, sealer, and bonding aid suitable for both porous and non-porous substrates. It stabilises and consolidates the substrate surface, reducing absorbency and enabling subsequent materials to flow, cure, and bond successfully. Ideal for use between layers of smoothing underlayments to minimise pinholes and maximise interlayer adhesion. This primer is suitable for use in damp conditions and ensures reliable performance in various environments. It improves the bond between layers and ensures long-lasting durability. The primer minimises the formation of pinholes in smoothing underlayments and provides a smooth, even surface. It covers up to 200m² at 3:1 dilution, making it suitable for large projects. The product can also be used as a curing agent to enhance the performance of other materials. It is easy to apply with clear instructions.
