Union 2134E 5 Lever Mortice Deadlock Satin Chrome 67mm

The Union 2134E British Standard 5-lever mortice deadlock is designed for external timber doors hinged on either side and suitable for doors up to 54 mm thick. It features a 20 mm deadbolt for secure locking and enhanced resistance to forced entry, along with anti-pick, anti-saw, and anti-drill security measures. The chamfered bolt design improves performance under side loads and complicates drilling attacks. Supplied with a covered escutcheon to match the forend, the 2134E is kitemarked to BS3621:2007 and carries a 15-year guarantee. Technical specifications include satin chrome finish, a case size of 67 mm by 71.5 mm, and a backset of 45 mm. The deadbolt is brass with hardened steel rollers, and a rebate kit is available as 2954 in 13 mm, 19 mm, or 25 mm. The lock is supplied with three nickel-plated steel keys (Key Blank KB430). The security level ranges from 2 to 5 levers, with higher numbers indicating greater security, and the lock is suitable for external timber doors hinged on either side.
