The WEICON Adjustable Wire Stripper No. 5 with Side Cutter is designed for precise and efficient stripping of flexible and solid electrical conductors. It covers all stranded and solid conductors from 0.2 to 6.0 mm² (24 to 10 AWG) and includes an adjustable length stop for convenience. The tool measures 165 mm in length and weighs 105 g, with a robust glass-fibre reinforced polyamide body. An exchangeable inner knife and replaceable blades support long-term use, while an integrated side cutter handles cables up to 2.0 mm in diameter. A visual length scale from 5.0 to 12.0 mm enables quick, accurate stripping lengths, and the tool is ready to use out of the box. The design emphasizes ergonomic handling and durability, with blades made from high-quality knife steel and construction that is 100% Made in Germany. The tool has been TÜV|GS tested for occupational safety and includes a scanning system that automatically adjusts to the conductor cross section.
