A slightly sweet and mild, fruity flavour. A great alternative to regular black peppercorns. Ideal for use in grinders, spice mixes or liquid based products. Stir into a peppercorn sauce along with black, white or even green peppercorns for a colourful twist. Add whole to salad dressings or syrups. Often used in gin based cocktails.
