Amazon BARLEY FLAKES 3kg: Flaked barley. Country of origin: Netherlands. INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS: Barley flakes. Contains barley (a cereal containing gluten). May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, soya, and cereals containing gluten. HOW TO COOK: Add to boiling water with 1/2 tsp of salt (ratio 1:3). Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes on a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. TO SERVE: Remove from the heat and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Add your own toppings. STORAGE: Keep cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. After opening, transfer to an airtight container.
