Traditional Scottish Aberdeen Angus burger seasoning with onion. Add 250g pack to 2kg of mince meat Add 250g of cold water ( alter to desired consistency) Mix till combined Shape to desired size of burger Easy to use simply , add meat , add water, mix till combined then shape into burgers. Dont forget to use Burger Discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers. Supplied in various mixes from 1kg batch to 10kg batch.
