Dimmable Hashira floor lamp with natural-coloured, cylindrical linen shadeThe Hashira floor lamp owes its name to its shape, in Japanese Hashira means column, whose appearance the cylindrical fabric floor lamp comes very close to. It embodies a modern, Nordic version of the traditional Japanese paper lantern and thus reinvents it. Hashira inspires with its linen shade, which is enthroned on a wooden, discreet base. The translucent fabric shade not only functions as a diffuser that projects light in several directions while creating a cosy, glare-free ambience, but also lends the room a pleasant, homely atmosphere. The slightly visible steel frame shapes the luminaire and gives it an organic effect. With the help of the dimmer switch on the cable, the light brightness can be varied.Norm Architects are behind this light collection. The studio was founded in Copenhagen in 2008 by Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn. The name, Norm Architects, reflects the focus of the designers - the concentration on standards and traditions in architecture and design, especially Scandinavian design principles and their combination with timeless aesthetics and natural materials, as well as the values of modernity.

Lamp MastersHashira Floor Lamp Ø30 Raw rises from the floor like a majestic column. The lamp was created by Audo Copenhagen, a Danish brand known for its simple, high-quality designs and ability to bring together the familiar, cosy touch and style-conscious Scandinavian design. The cylindrical shape, matte textile surface, and graphic pattern all come into their own when the lamp is on – and together, they create an atmosphere of balance and harmony. The textile surface allows the lamp to emit a soft, comfortable glow with an amber hue, making the floor lamp perfect for living rooms and receptions. Hashira is a collection of lamps with the same creative design, created by the Norm Architects designer group. Complete the look by combining the Hashira Floor Lamp Ø30 Raw with the Hashira Pendant Cluster Raw or Hashira Table Lamp Ø18 Raw, and bask in the cosy atmosphere.
