On the palate crisp orchard fruit and citrus are underpinned by lively acidity and a long, clean finish BALFOUR WINERY: Produced by Balfour Winery on the 400-acre Hush Heath Estate in Kent, this non-vintage sparkling is crafted via the méthode traditionnelle using grapes from Wealden clay, greensand and chalk soils.
