Description

Amazon Distinctive Features: Langhe Doc Rosso is a wine with a limpid , transparent and intense ruby red colour. The flavour is enveloping, it spreads vinous and fruity aromas, pleasantly accompanying the whole meal. Good tannins and a balanced alcohol content make it a round, pleasant and enveloping wine. Vinification: Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera grapes , harvested between the end of September and the first half of October, are de-stemmed and left to ferment; the skins are subjected to a maceration process for 8-10 days. The single red grape varieties are vinified individually and subsequently assembled. This is followed by a phase of maturation partly in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks, before the usual refinement in bottles. Grape Type: Three varieties are assembled as follows to give the right idea of conviviality: Nebbiolo gives the structure, Dolcetto gives the roundness and Barbera gives the acidity. Territory: The Piedmont wine takes you back to a time where happiness lays in the little things such as being with family and dinners gathered around a table. Brand: Human experience, tradition, research and innovation – strong of the founding values of Batasiolo, the age-old wine-making tradition becomes contemporary excellence. Vintages can vary throughout the year. You may receive a preceding or following vintage from the one reported in the images. Allergens: contains sulphites
