AUTHENTIC & PREMIUM QUALITY: This premium blue tea MAKEs for a wonderful herbal tea without caffeine. This tea contains 100% natural ingredients with no additives. Unlike OTHER brands whose flowers come from China/India, this blue flower tea is a premium good quality tea from Thailand whose blue sky colour will leave you and your friends mesmerised :) Add lemon to watch it turn purple like magic! ANTIOXIDANT RICH: These blue flowers are super rich in antioxidants such as anthocyanins which are responsible for giving this tea its blue colour. These antioxidants fight against free radicals which may cause premature aging. There is also research to suggest that this flower extract may promote hair growth and skin hydration. FLAVOUR & COLOUR: This tea has an earthy floral herb-like taste. You can add lemongrass / honey / lemon to the tea as well. Adding lemon to the blue tea will turn it to a purple tea like magic! In my opinion, blue tea on its own may not be very flavourful; I like to mix lavender buds or chamomile flowers for a better taste. If making a latte, add vanilla! HOW TO MAKE TEA: Add 1 tsp of blue flowers (3 - 4 flowers) to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 3 - 5 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon. Make a variation by adding lemongrass leaves. For a cold brew: Prepare the tea as above, add to a glass pitcher cover and store in the fridge overnight. Add ice if you’d like. OTHER USES (COLOURING DRINKS / SKIN OR HAIR CARE): These blue flowers can make for such a fun drink when you are having a party too. Use in cocktails or mocktails, iced tea, yoghurts, smoothies or anything that you'd like to add a blue twist to. Use these blue flowers for topical application to your hair/skin. Simply prepare the blue flower tea, let it cool and apply it to your skin or rinse your hair with it to reap its benefits. SUSTAINABLE PREMIUM PACKAGING: My hope is to make my packaging as sustainable as possible for mother Earth - this bag can be recycled at store with other bags. This is a 25g zip lock recyclable resealable pouch. This will keep your tea fresh for longer and away from any insects. HOW TO STORE: Store this tea in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. This tea comes in a resealable air-tight bag. DOSAGE: There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of this tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 cup of tea a day should be reasonable. May contain traces of Peanuts, Soya. Sesame, Eggs, Milk, Mustard, Celery, Wheat, Gluten, Sulphites. GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY: I am now supporting 3 charities, a food bank and two that help educate girls. I donate a proportion of my sales every year to these causes.
