BLACK BEANS : Black soybeans are very similar to dried black beans, so much so that they are often confused but, black beans and black soya beans are not the same thing. In common they only have the characteristic black colour. They are a very popular snack of Japanese and Chinese cuisine perfect for creating tasty recipes such as meatballs, ragu and meatballs.
