The Estate is sheltered by the 500 million-year-old Maures mountain range, a historical and authentic Provencal estate. The appearance of this wine is a silky, pale pink robe. The nose is intense with a rich bouquet of exotic fruit such as papaya and ripe peaches, this is underlined with delicate woody notes. In the mouth the wine is fruity and spicy with a very fine, delicate and elegant texture with a long fish. A great wine to pair with fish, in particular smoked and sushi.
