RHUM CLEMENT VO: Rhum Agricole AOC (designation of origin) aged for 3 years in ex-Bourbon casks and new American oak barrels. PRODUCTION: This Clément aged rhum agricole is distilled exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice. It is crafted in the cellars of Habitation Clément, alternating over the aging period between ex-bourbon barrels and new American oak casks. TASTING NOTES: APPEARANCE: Amber. NOSE: Well-defined aromas of vanilla, coconut, cocoa, and caramel. PALATE: Its youthful character on the palate leaves a subtle impression of lightness. FINISH: Very long finish, marked by delicate almond notes accompanied by a distinctive woody character.
