This Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Disc set is designed for use with 115mm angle grinders. The pack contains three 115 x 22mm discs at 120 grit, manufactured from Zirconia Alumina and resin bonded for durability. Jumbo discs offer up to 40% more abrasive than standard flap discs and are shaped slightly conically to enable effective grinding at 15–25-degree angles on contoured surfaces. Suitable for a wide range of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and stainless steel, these discs provide smooth and efficient material removal with a maximum speed of 80 m/s (13,300 RPM).
