The jumbo discs provide up to 40% more abrasive material than standard flap discs, enhancing durability and material removal efficiency. The pack includes three discs in 115 x 22 mm size, delivering a range of grits (40, 80, and 120) suitable for rough shaping through to smooth finishing on materials such as wood, metal, plastic, and stainless steel. The slightly conical shape enables effective grinding at 15–25-degree angles on contoured surfaces, making it versatile for a variety of grinding tasks. Each disc is engineered for high-speed operation with a maximum RPM of 13,300 and a maximum line speed of 80 m/s.
