The Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Disc set provides long-lasting performance with three 115 x 22 mm discs. Manufactured from Zirconia Alumina and resin bonded for extra strength, these discs offer up to 40% more abrasive material than standard flap discs. They are designed for use with 115 mm angle grinders to achieve faster material removal on a wide range of materials, including wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel. The slightly conical shape supports grinding at 15–25-degree angles on contoured surfaces for precise final grinding tasks.
