General description Our 50MM Wire Rope Grips are designed for use with 50MM wire rope, making them ideal for applications such as boat rigging, public areas, and various other uses. The galvanised finish provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and longevity. Technical specifications Product Code: SFCOMG50 Product Weight: 3.34kg Dimensions: A (MM): 65 B (MM): 51 C (MM): 51 D (MM): 17 E (MM): 154 F (MM): 62 G (MM): 105 Installation Prior to fitting, grease the threads on the nuts and bolts. Ensure spacing between grips is at least 6 times the diameter of the rope. Orient the grip correctly, placing the 'u' bolt on the unloaded end of the rope. Tighten each nut evenly and in turn to achieve the recommended torque settings. Leave unused for 24 hours and check torque setting again, re-tightening if necessary. After the first application of load, re-check torque setting and re-tighten if necessary. Periodically check the torque setting during service. Usage The primary
