Experience the latest creation from acclaimed whisky maker Dr. Bill Lumsden: matured in a triptych of casks - Bourbon, New Charred Oak, and Rye - this harmonious blend offers a delightful combination of sweet fruit and gentle spice ON THE EYES: Paprika ON THE NOSE: Luscious and tropical, with a combination of pears, vanilla, candied orange peel, honeysuckle, grapefruit and old fashioned ‘pear drop' boiled sweets. ON THE PALATE: The mouthfeel is creamy and viscous, with a burst of creme brulee, cherry chocolate, fudge, tangy orange sherbet, clove, sweet chilli and some chewy, ripe tropical fruits. This then leads into more of the influence from the oak wood, with maple syrup, almond marzipan and the gentlest of spices. ON THE FINISH: The aftertaste is rich, sweet, spicy and almost chewy in nature.
