Dimmable designer table lamp Poul Poul - handcrafted A touch of African savannah comes with the LED table lamp Poul Poul into the living room, because the lamp body including the base reminds in its silhouette of an African ostrich. Poul Poul is part of the lighting series MaMo Nouchies, which Ingo Maurer has developed together with the designer Dagmar Mombach. The hallmark of this collection is the fascinating, organic paper constructions, which are produced by hand in Munich using a traditional Japanese technique in a multi-stage process. Thus, the bulbous lamp body of the LED table lamp Poul Poul is also made of this very paper. The fluted surface structure of the paper in combination with the light that shines gently through the paper, creates an effective play of light and shadow, heights and depths. In this way, Poul Poul guarantees an even, cosy light for living rooms and bedrooms, but also for hotels and restaurants. When switched off, the luminaire remains an eye-catcher thanks to its animalistic shape. The luminaire is equipped with a dimmer switch on the cable so that the brightness of the very true-colour light (CRI > 90) can be variably adjusted. The paper is an untreated natural product, which is why smaller inclusions and thickenings are due to the handwork and represent a quality feature of the lamp. Each luminaire is therefore unique and must be protected from moisture, extreme sunlight and strong draughts.

The Poul Poul LED Table Lamp Natural White/Anthracite by Ingo Maurer is a unique table lamp that doubles as a light object that adds a positive and distinctive atmosphere to any room. The design of the lamp is inspired by a large, abstract flower petal where a sheet of paper floats elegantly at the end of two slim metal rods. The lampshade is made of Japanese paper that undergoes a special manufacturing process in Dagmar Mombach's studio to achieve the desired shape. This table lamp is equipped with an LED module that includes a cooling element, specially developed by Ingo Maurer for the MaMa Nouchies series. The light is warm and soft, making it almost indistinguishable from traditional halogen light sources. With its dimensions of 50 cm in length, 20 cm in width and 70 cm in height, this lamp fits perfectly into both modern and classic interiors.
