Chocolate-hazelnut from Batch 3 emerges, merging with red-fruit hints, while whispers of oak, salted toffee and treacle linger—an un-chill filtered, Palate: On the palate, the trio unfolds with weight and peat. Batch 1 offers bourbon-soft foundations with a steady peat backbone. Batch 2 is thick and herbaceous, with earthy peat, mineral notes and dark fruit sweetness, finished by a pinch of salt. Batc Finish: Coastal peat lingers with a saline kiss, folding into warm, oak-driven spice. Subtle caramel and treacle sweetness emerge, carried by a gentle fruit echo and mineral lift, leaving a long, refined finish that fades to a soft, warm glow.
