Earthy peat and minerality lead to thick herbaceous notes, dark fruit sweetness and a subtle saline finish. Subtle red-fruit hints from the red-wine cask finish weave through the aroma, adding refined, wine-kissed depth. Palate: Thick and herbaceous on the palate, dark plum and blackberry drift through peat smoke, with a mineral, saline bite lingering into the finish. Finish: Peat wafts through the finish, tempered by a pinch of salt and a subtle mineral bite, lingering with a clean, saline echo.
