The second release in the Casks of Lindores series showcases the character of Lindores spirit matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon barrels, allowing the influence of American oak to gently shape and enhance the whisky. Fruity, Silky & Gently Spiced. Aromas of mellow apples, ripe banana and sweet pear mingle with vanilla, buttercream and soft caramel. The palate brings green apples, citrus lemon and banana alongside gentle oak, coffee beans and a touch of peppery spice, carried by a pleasant silky texture. Matured In Ex-Bourbon Barrels. Carefully selected Bourbon casks bring soft vanilla sweetness, creating a whisky that accentuates the natural elegance and fruit-forward character of Lindores spirit.
