This variety grows only in Plomari and we strictly refuse to blend it—it is the only oil we do not mix with Adramytiani. The unique microclimate of Plomari naturally yields top-tier oil with consistent 0.3% acidity (proven by lab analysis), so we have no reason to blend. Sourced from 4 select producers with 8 years of proven consistency.
