THE HOME OF PINOT NERO: Located in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese, the Tenuta Oltrenero estate captures the soul of the area and pours it into the 120 hectares of traditional and international grapes to create wines with character and intense aromas CRUASÉ BRUT: A sparkling rosé wine with a salmon pink colour, fine perlage and soft, persistent foam. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it opens with citrus notes and offers fresh aromas with hints of soft red fruit and a finish reminiscent of bread crust VINIFICATION: Manually harvested and destemmed, the grapes are macerated for 6-8 hours to extract colour and are soft-pressed, after which the must settles for 12 hours, ferments for 12 days, and then matures in stainless steel until the following July METODO CLASSICO: After the base wine has matured, it undergoes the second fermentation and ageing on the lees in the bottle which extends for at least 36 months and is followed by an additional 2 months of ageing after disgorgement AN EXCELLENT PALATE: Bold and flavourful, the palate reflects the bouquet, giving it a balance suited for an apéritif. Best served chilled at 8°C, pair a glass with cured meats, shellfish, raw seafood and light dishes, such as risotto, vegetables or soup
