Rogan Josh Masala Seasoning 50g (50g Serves 4)

A Rogan Josh is a medium curry dish often made using lamb, this masala powder makes it easy to achieve the authentic flavours at home! Heat oil in a pan and cook onions and garlic until soft and caramelised, add the masala powder and tomato puree and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the lamb and fry for 4-5 minutes until browned on each side, add 400ml water and simmer for around an hour or until the meat is tender. Stir in yoghurt and cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve with rice, naan and fresh coriander. Gluten Free
