The Wallbarn Roof Drain Outlet is 600mm long with a 100mm pipe diameter, made from tough TPE. It's designed for balconies and roofs with bituminous waterproofing membranes, providing excellent weather and UV ray resistance. It operates efficiently in temperatures up to 120C without becoming brittle. Ideal for concrete decks, it installs between and above waterproof membrane layers, with a perforated flange for secure bonding. Its 240mm shank fits snugly into an HDPE pipe, with a coned design for stability. Two rings stop water backflow and a serrated area allows drain guard attachment. It's compatible with SBS and APP membranes but should not contact concrete directly. Ensure the membrane fully bonds to the flange for watertight seals..
