99.5% Pure Saltpetre – Food Grade – High-purity potassium nitrate (E252) ideal for small-scale meat curing. No fillers or additives. Cures Up to 10kg of Meat – One 20g pack is enough to cure approx. 10kg of meat, depending on method and dosage. For Colour, Flavour & Preservation – Supports red-pink colour, prevents spoilage, and enhances the taste of cured meat. Perfect for Home Curing – Suitable for bacon, ham, gammon, corned beef, sausages, pork pies, and charcuterie made at home. Dry or Wet Cure Methods – Use 0.5g per kg of meat (dry) or 2g per litre (brine). Do not exceed recommended rate – final product must not exceed 150 mg nitrates per kg.
