Sandtex Retail Ultra Smooth Masonry Mid Stone 2.5 L

Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint is a water-based, breathable coating designed to protect and enhance exterior masonry. Engineered with microporous technology, it seals against water ingress while allowing surfaces to breathe, helping to prevent peeling and flaking. The formula offers dirt resistance and mould and algae protection, aiming for long-lasting performance on suitable surfaces when applied correctly. This product is supplied in 2.5 litres and is compatible with brush, roller, or spray application.

Designed for exterior use on sound, dry surfaces such as render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces. It is not suitable for common, Fletton, or engineering type bricks. The paint provides two-coat protection and is noted for dermatitis-like durability, with a 15-year guarantee claimed in the specifications.
