SELVATIQ BITTER… Our Selvatiq Beyond Bitter Valtellina VTL0619/24 is made with botanicals obtained from conscious and conservative foraging, distilled individually and hand-picked in a mid-mountain habitat. The vast sunny meadows of the lower Valtellina and the beautiful side valleys are the scene of a careful harvest, respecting the ecosystems foraged. Our unique bitters present a bitter sweet character, balanced by the aromaticity and sweetness of the chosen ingredients. TASTE… Scents reminiscent of the boundless snow-peaked Italian mountains, alongside the irresistible, sweetness of the crabgrass rhizome, an invasive plant whose foraging benefits the local environment. Aromaticity of bramble leaves present themselves with the round bitterness of walnut husk. Natural, wild, balanced and refined.
