Sika Sikasil-825 Silicone Sealant Brick Red 380 ml

Sikasil-825 is a low-modulus, neutral-cure alkoxy silicone sealant designed for both sealing and bonding across a wide range of surfaces. It adheres to glass, metals, plastics, wood (painted or unpainted), uPVC, and polycarbonate without priming, making it suitable for internal and external applications. The formulation provides weatherproofing and long-term performance for glazing, curtain walling, and draught-proofing, including sealing around uPVC/wood and powder-coated aluminium, as well as glass to glass and glass to aluminium joints. It is appropriate for perimeter pointing, parapet and roof sealing, and bedding and sealing of insulated glass units, precast concrete, masonry, brick, natural stone, and terracotta. The product demonstrates excellent tooling and slow skinning for large-scale construction and glazing, with high adhesion to common surfaces and robust external weathering properties over years of exposure. It conforms to ISO 11600 class F25LM and G25LM for low-modulus, flexible sealants and is available in brick red. The formulation offers long tool downtime on larger joints and remains effective for expansion joint applications and high-movement joints.
