Sikasil-825 is a low modulus, neutral cure alkoxy silicone sealant designed to adhere to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming. It serves as both a sealant and an adhesive around uPVC, wood, and powder-coated aluminium, and across glazing, brick, concrete, natural stone, terracotta, and other building substrates. The formulation provides weather sealing, expansion joint capabilities up to 50 mm in high-movement joints, and long tooling time for a professional finish. It is suitable for external use, offers weather resistance and UV stability after cure, and conforms to ISO 11600 class F25LM and G25LM. Available in multiple colors, Sikasil-825 is rebrand history as Everbuild Tecnic 825, and is noted for its non-slump, high-viscosity characteristics and adhesion to glass, metals, plastics, and wood including uPVC and polycarbonate.
