FLORAL-CITRUS TASTE: Bright citrus and sweet florals with a pine lift on the nose. Rich, silky palate of orange peel, fresh blossom and crisp apple over a juniper backbone, with warming pepper spice, finishing long with a honeyed edge CRAFTED IN THE BOYNE VALLEY: Hand-distilled in small batches at Boann Distillery, Drogheda (Co. Meath) in a 500L copper "Bennett" pot still. 14 botanicals are macerated for 24 hours, then slowly distilled with vapour infusion, non-chill filtered HERITAGE STORY: Named after the colourful jockey silks at Bellewstown racecourse. Made with botanicals foraged in the Boyne Valley from Cooney family orchards and hedgerows, including apple blossom, Irish honey, elderflower and hawthorn blossom AWARDS: Country Winner (Ireland) in the London Dry Gin category at the World Gin Awards 2025.
