Our artisanal whiskey is made using locally sourced corn, which is meticulously cultivated in collaboration with local farms (all of which are within 15 miles of us). Carefully blended small batch whiskey - Our premium whiskey features a precise blend of authentic American rye whiskey, with a subtle touch of dark port wine. The whiskey’s aging process is extremely meticulous, and sees the whiskey maturing in first-fill American oak barrels. This achieves a rich, luxurious drink, which is brimming with character.
