It is suitable where a strong screw is required and may require pilot drilling into certain hardwoods. The screw’s thread length is two‑thirds of the overall length (e.g., a 100 mm screw has about 60 mm of thread). The product conforms to DIN 571 and features a hexagon head, with zinc plating and passivation to resist corrosion. The combination of its robust design and compatibility with common wood and masonry substrates makes it versatile for a range of joinery and fitting tasks while maintaining a conventional appearance in built environments.
