It efficiently manages water discharge over external lintels, ground floor slab level drainage, and integrates with Timloc cavity tray systems. The vent's dimensions align with standard masonry for a discreet finish. Choose from terracotta, buff, brown, clear, white, grey, and black to match existing brickwork. An integral grille prevents large insects, while maintaining a 165mm free airflow. Each vent is made from robust polypropylene and measures 65mm in height, 10mm in width, and 100mm in length.
