Timco LW65BB Wing-Tip Self-Drilling Screws 5.5 x 65 Bag of 120

The TIMCO Self-Drilling Wing-Tip Steel to Timber Light Section screws are designed to attach wood to metal up to 5 mm thick. They feature a coarse self-tapping thread with wings that ream out the timber so the screw can achieve high RPM without burning out. When the wings contact metal, they break off to allow the thread to self-tap into the metal. The screws have a hex head with a washer, a self-drilling tip, and a Silver Ruspert finish, making them suitable for light sectional work. The dimensions are 5.5 x 65 mm and the screws are made of steel.
