Timloc Telescopic Underfloor Vent 1201XL Pack of 10

The Timloc Telescopic Underfloor Vent is designed to provide ventilation beneath suspended ground floors and to adapt to various brick courses. It is telescopic and adjustable to suit 5 to 7 brick courses, with a vertical height range of 375 mm to 525 mm and a minimum cavity width of 50 mm. A grille is incorporated to help prevent vermin entry, and extension accessories are available to accommodate different installation requirements. Each unit has an equivalent vent area of around 6000 mm2, making it suitable for installations that require efficient airflow beneath suspended floors.
