Non-GMO and gluten free. Contains a moderate level of caffeine. HOW TO BREW – Use 2g of leaves (about 1 teaspoon) per 200 ml of water at 80 to 90°C and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. The leaves can be re-steeped for a second cup. Also lovely chilled over ice as a light iced tea.
