Amazon RYE FLAKES 3kg: Flaked rye in a 3kg pack. Ingredients: rye flakes. HOW TO USE: Use in breads, porridge and muesli, in place of rice, or blend into snack bars. HOW TO COOK: Bring 2 cups of water to the boil with 1 cup of rye flakes and cover. Reduce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed. ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains rye (a cereal containing gluten). May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, soya and cereals containing gluten. STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
