Temperature-controlled fermentation preserves the fruitiness and the finest sensory characteristics of the wine THE BOUQUET: An aroma that radiates finesse, the nose of the Pinot Grigio is a delicate construction of fruity and floral notes that are elegant and rounded for a fresh bouquet carved straight from paradise THE TASTE: A lightly dry yet extremely fresh white wine, the flavours of the Pinot Grigio are pleasantly balanced with an elegant structure creating a refined aristocratic wine that is rounded off with a fruity finish PAIRING NOTES: A great accompaniment for steamed or grilled fish, the Pinot Grigio also combines well with white meats.
