Amazon A YOUNG RED WITH A TOUCH OF OAK: This Garnacha completes its malolactic fermentation in barrel and then rests there for four months, which rounds out the fruit while keeping it light and fresh. Deep red with violet tones, it is an easy everyday red. 100% GARNACHA FROM FINCA SAN VICENTE: Made from Garnacha, the red grape most closely linked with Aragon, grown on Finca San Vicente, a 5 hectare family vineyard. The 2025 growing season was wet in Somontano, giving fresh wines with ripeness and acidity. COLD SOAKED AND GENTLY WORKED: Picked in the last week of September, the grapes are cold soaked for six days at 8°C. The cap is worked by hand with two pump overs a day, one early in the morning and one in the evening, and fermentation is slow. FAMILY VINE GROWERS SINCE 1640: Made by Bodega Otto Bestué in Enate, at the foot of the Aragonese Pyrenees, in D.O. Somontano. The family hold records of buying vineyard plots here as far back as 1640, and they still run the winery today. RIPE RED FRUIT & SPICE: Intense aromas of ripe plum, blueberry and raspberry with balsamic notes lead to a light, fresh palate full of red fruit and gentle spice. Enjoy with grilled meats, stews and oven dishes, bean and lentil dishes or cured cheeses.
